Returns & Terms of Purchasing

Please read this Terms of Purchasing Policy carefully before ordering through our website, LilyEssence.co 

Shipping: 

Items will be shipped USPS first class within 3 business days from purchase.  Expect your purchase in 5-8 business days from the date shipped for U.S. addresses. Shipping to US and Canada only 

Returns: 

I want you to love your Lily Essence item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, email us at saraericalopez@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

We will contact you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted or not. If accepted, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:

Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
