Ingredients

Spring water, black cohosh flower essence, sovereign silver, raw honey, reiki, and love.
This wildflower was grown organically from non GMO seed on our land in Vermont.

Suggested Use

Put 4-5 drops under your tongue 3-5 times a day.  You can also put 25 drops in your water bottle and drink throughout the day.  Good for 14 months when kept in a cool, dry place.
